Rajmya Visions aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Please read our policy carefully.

Order Cancellation:

    • You can cancel your order for a full refund if you notify us before your product has been shipped. Please contact us immediately at 9788015349 or rajmyavisions@gmail.com with your Order ID.

    • If the cancellation request comes after your product has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled outright. It will fall under the return policy terms below, typically eligible for replacement only if defects are found.

Receiving Your Order – Damaged Packages:

    • If you receive a package that appears visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse to accept the package from the delivery person.

    • Contact us immediately at 9788015349 or rajmyavisions@gmail.com, mentioning your Order ID, so we can address the issue.

Return Eligibility & Reporting Issues (After Delivery):

    • We accept returns only for new, unused products originally sent by us within India.

    • If you discover a defect or issue with the product after accepting delivery, you must report it to us within 2 days of receiving the item.

    • To initiate a return claim for defects, we require clear photos and a video demonstrating the issue. Please email these to rajmyavisions@gmail.com along with your Order ID and a description of the problem.

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

    • Returns for exchange or refund (where applicable) will only be processed if the issue is reported within the 2-day timeframe and confirmed by us.

    • Products must be returned with their original product tag and packaging intact.

    • We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if:
        • The product exhibits physical damage after delivery (not reported upon receipt).

        • The product is returned without all original packaging, accessories, manuals, or any other items included at the time of delivery.

        • The product is missing a valid, readable, or untampered serial number (if applicable).

        • Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging (if applicable).

Return Scenarios & Shipping Costs:

    1. Fault on Our End (Rajmya Visions):
        • If the return is necessary due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defect confirmed as originating from us), Rajmya Visions will cover the shipping charges for returning the item and sending a replacement.

        • We will typically issue a brand new replacement at no additional cost. A refund may be offered if a replacement is not feasible.

    1. Customer Related Reason / Fault:
        • If a return is requested for reasons deemed the customer’s responsibility (e.g., ordering the wrong item), and if we agree to accept the return under specific circumstances (please inquire first), the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

        • The customer must pay the shipping charges for both returning the item to us and receiving any exchanged item. The applicable charge is ₹70 per kg for each direction.

Refund Policy:

    • Refunds are only applicable in specific cases, primarily when cancellation occurs before shipping or when a return due to our fault cannot be resolved with a replacement.

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation or after the returned item is received and inspected by us.

    • Refunds will be made back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
